RONI L. FISCHER  -  President


Experience

With over 30 years in corporate financial analysis and planning, Roni L. Fischer 
positively impacts the bottom line of the companies with which she works.  Her
experience includes financial management positions with Hughes Aircraft Company,
MCO Holdings, Inc. and First Interstate Bank prior to opening her corporate financial
management and turnaround consulting practice in 1986.  In addition to serving in
advisory capacities for her clients, she co-founded, capitalized, launched and served
as CFO for an e-commerce start-up company.

RLF Associates, Inc. provides hands-on financial and crisis management solutions for:

  • Early stage and healthy companies seeking business plans and financial projections
    to attract early stage financing; in conjunction with an acquisition, a merger, or a sale;
    for new product introductions; or for a financial restructuring.
  • Troubled companies in need of financial and operational turnaround expertise to guide
    the repositioning of the business and provide a comfort level to creditors regarding the
    company's solvency.
  • Companies in transition requiring an interim or part-time Chief Financial Officer.

Accomplishments

In addition to developing cash flow viability assessments and financial statement projections
for hundreds of companies, Ms. Fischer's accomplishments have included:

  • Advising boards of directors and management teams regarding the
    financial implications of their strategic decisions.
  • Creating clear, concise business plans based on detailed analytical models
    and evaluations of alternative scenarios.
  • Negotiating with clients' creditors to create win/win solutions.
  • Revitalizing and restructuring businesses with annual revenues ranging
    from $20 million to $200 million.
  • Serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer for healthy companies experiencing
    rapid growth, and de facto CFO for troubled companies.

Ms. Fischer's academic credentials include:

  • MBA, Finance - UCLA Anderson School (formerly Graduate School of Management)
  • MAT, Mathematics - UCLA
  • BA, Mathematics - Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa - UCLA

Ms. Fischer received a two-year fellowship to pursue her graduate studies in Mathematics,
was elected to Pi Mu Epsilon, the honor society for Mathematics, and Beta Gamma Sigma,
the honor society for Business Administration.

Active in business and community organizations, Ms. Fischer currently serves:
